What do you like best about Aprimo?

I like the level of detail I can go into with each and every upload. The new AI features that fill in the metadata for you help save time. Also, being able to bring external collaborators into an internal tool, with different levels of access, is a real added advantage for us since we work a lot with agencies. What do you dislike about Aprimo?

I dislike that I can’t see my history once I’ve pushed an upload live. If I want to view all the images I’ve published live, there isn’t an easy way to navigate to them. There should be clearer widgets or a more obvious section for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aprimo solving and how is that benefiting you?

With a large product portfolio across different industries and segments, we have to manage a lot of media assets. The biggest benefit of Aprimo is that it serves as a central aggregator for those assets, so all the different teams can find and access what they need in one place.
