What do you like best about AppZen?

I like AppZen because it combines automation with intelligence, which significantly reduces the manual effort involved in reviewing expense claims. It ensures that potential policy violations, duplicate claims, and unusual transactions are brought to our attention. I appreciate how customizable AppZen is, and how much access we have as system admins to configure the rule set and other configurations. The platform helps us identify the transactions and claims that genuinely require attention, allowing the team to focus on higher risk items rather than spending time reviewing every expense manually. The flexibility to tailor rules and configurations to align with regional policies and business requirements gives us greater confidence in our audit process. What do you dislike about AppZen?

The analytics and dashboards are a bit overwhelming because there's a phenomenal amount of data and information. Also, the filters could be improved to have default settings for regions, currency, and policy and should remember these settings as I navigate between dashboards.
