I like how efficient AppWork is and how it keeps everyone on track and on schedule. I like the organization it provides, and I use it to track and maintain records and documentation for work orders. It helps with time management, maintenance schedules, and monthly maintenance inspections. The inspections take a little time because I have to add a note and a photo, but the documentation is great, so it’s not an issue. The initial setup was generally easy. Thank you so much for sharing your feedback Annette!! Reviews like yours are how other property management teams figure out whether AppWork is the right maintenance software for them, so the detail matters, and I appreciate it.
The “help with my worries” line is one that I’ll remember. Most people describe work order software in terms of features. You described it in terms of what it takes off your plate.
On unit inspections. You’re right that adding a note and a photo takes a minute, especially if it's a really long inspection. The good news is that we are just a few short months away from releasing Inspections Intelligence which will allow you to simply take a video of the unit and the system will complete the entire inspection on your behalf!
Glad the setup was easy too. We train clients live and in person on purpose, and it’s a lot of work, but a tool that keeps your maintenance schedule organized only works if the whole team is comfortable in it from day one.
Thanks again for being an AppWork user and for sharing your experience!
