I like that AppWork separates work orders into categories, making it more organized and easier to find a work order. I really like the variety of tools they have, like the analysis tool that helps me see how things are progressing. I really love the make ready tool for empty apartments, which helps me keep repairs organized and scheduled. The app team is always there to help if I have any questions or concerns. The only thing is that sometimes when a work order is made through another application, it does not allow assigning to maintenance in AppWork. As far as I know it something they are working on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
