I am a property manager using AppWork for our high rise apartment complex in Philly, and it's been a total gamechanger for me. My favorite part is how it places the responsibility on the maintenance team to complete work orders and communicate with tenants. In the past, all of this was up to me, but now I can see in real time if my team is making efforts to contact tenants and any hold-ups they might be having. It's fantastic. The team at AppWork is very kind and easy to work with. I like the ability to see the communication between the maintenance team and tenants, which means I'm no longer the middleman.
