What do you like best about Apptivo?

What do you dislike about Apptivo?

Have had invoicing issues since the beginning of the year; duplicate invoice numbers; erroneous balance due; my confidence level in the product has dropped from an 8 or 9 to a 6 because of this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Apptivo:

I have seen little improvements in the past 4 years and have experiences issues with invoices. Problems seem to be recurring. I'm concerned about being able to recommend long-term use to the Board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Apptivo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a group for 25-35 members and it is a great record of current members; past records; potential members (guests). I use the email templates for various communication and recurring invoicing for annual and quarterly dues; Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
