The update to the recommendations field at the Controls level has been a big help for explaining control requirements and guiding evidence collection. Within the Control screen you can also link relevant documents and create tasks to speed up workflow. This design provides clear integrations across repositories which allows for transparency and accountability. Overall this provides a clean UI that lends support to all users whether new or old to the field. The platform has great performance for input and output of metrics as well as clean visuals on the state of compliance. My Partner Success Manager has worked with me closely to train me on the platform and assist in promoting my business. Apptega has thoughtfully added AI to the platform to assist when needed but this doesn't distract from the platforms overall usefulness.
