What do you like best about AppTec Enterprise Mobile Manager?

-a friendly and user-friendly admin console

-oversaw App Store and third-party software updates for MacOS

- thorough but simple-to-read reports

-warns

- smooth interaction between AzureAD and Apple

-excellent customer service available via chat

-many options, numerous settings, and ease of implementation

What do you dislike about AppTec Enterprise Mobile Manager?

-The mobile user interface might be improved.

Devices may occasionally lose connection to the MDM; in these cases, end users will need to interact in order to re-enroll or sync.

Unable to purchase individual licenses. You are allowed to have 100 licenses for every 100 devices. You need 100 licenses if you have 70.

What problems is AppTec Enterprise Mobile Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

AppTec enables us to lock and wipe lost or stolen devices, push particular programs to specific user groups, and maintain software and operating systems up to date.
