What do you like best about Appspace?

Appspace does work pretty well. I am able to book a room for Tuesday by tapping the screen. The new system has made it easier to find an available meeting room. Before we would contact our administrative assistant to reserve a room which could take days or weeks to hear back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appspace?

The update with the wall bar was nice. It's good that all the corporate information is in one spot so I don't have to spend as much time checking my email. The only things I don't care for is they add so many extra bells & whistles each month. The navigation is getting very confusing now. The building layout sometimes takes a long time to load when I'm just looking for a seat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Appspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

As long as both parties are using Appspace to schedule their rooms, it eliminates the conflict over using the same meeting room. My eyes are barely keeping me awake right now. It has eliminated the "app fatigue" by combining the room scheduling with corporate messages. Glad it didn't crash this week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
