"Appspace Keeps Company Info Centralized and Easy to Access"

What do you like best about Appspace?

The only good thing I can say about appspace is the fact that it has made it easy to find all of our company information in one place, rather than digging through an endless amount of mail to find a simple document (i.e. Policy) or reading announcements. It does work well. Polls may be created and results obtained quickly, with no need to create another application. As far as basic work applications go, I like that I don’t have to rely on numerous tools to accomplish my job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appspace?

When I'm looking for the link to our pay slip portal I'll enter "link" or "pay slip portal" and receive a lengthy description of how to access the site as opposed to receiving the actual link. Also it's far too many steps to navigate through large amounts of data on one screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Appspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to implementing appspace, important documents and announcements were often lost in emails or chats and other means of communication. But now with appspace all important news and documents are placed within one "hub" and thus every employee is able to stay informed. Employees no longer have to contact hr to inquire about document locations. Teams no longer repeat the exact same task due to the transparency provided by appspace.
