"Shopify GQL +POS to Sage 300 Integration and Outstanding Support"

What do you like best about APPSeCONNECT?

The APPSeConnect integration between SHOPIFY GQL POS & Online and our SAGE 300 accounting software was complex to design, but it works perfectly for integrating our orders, returns, refunds, receipts, product category segregation and much more. The performance of the integration has exceeded our expectations as well as the return on investment for the cost. Our winery business is located in Canada, and at first I was concerned about dealing with APPSeCONNECT in their head office in India, but they worked with us in our time zone and in English. What do you dislike about APPSeCONNECT?

I have no dislikes about working with APPSeCONNECT. However, I found the entire process of developing the integration took much longer than I thought. In the end, I realized this is because our SAGE 300 accounting software is a very old program and APPSeCONNECT had to custom design the integration to meet all the specific needs we required. What problems is APPSeCONNECT solving and how is that benefiting you?

We recently adopted SHOPIFY POS to use in our onsite winery retail store, as well as our online store. We also have a monthly wine club subscription with over 1000 members. Selling wine in Canada is very regulated by the government and requires a detailed accounting of all sales by bottle volume and price for several different monthly tax filings. The integration provides perfect seamless integration into our SAGE 300 accounting system. This has greatly reduced our labor requirements and improved accuracy and audit trails.
