What I like most about ApprovalMax is how seamlessly it integrates with Xero. Bills are automatically routed to the correct approver, and once they’re approved, they sync back to Xero as awaiting payment. It also removes the need to constantly email approvers and chase them for sign-off.

Another thing I appreciate is that when a bill is rejected in ApprovalMax, I can clearly see the reason in Xero’s history and notes. That makes it easy to understand what action I need to take before resubmitting, or whether I don’t need to resubmit it at all. Overall, it makes the approval process simpler and more efficient.
