What do you like best about ApprovalMax?

What I like most about ApprovalMax is the clear approval workflow and visibility it provides across purchase orders and billing and gives finance better oversight and control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApprovalMax?

Weak Budget Visibility. ApprovalMax approves spending but doesn't necessarily tell managers whether they still have budget available. Approvers can approve something without seeing the full financial picture. It is not a replacement for proper budget monitoring and reporting. Approval Delays - Approvers on leave or busy can create bottlenecks. Urgent invoices sometimes get stuck waiting for approval. Limited Flexibility Once Submitted - After a request enters the approval workflow. Changes often require the request to be rejected and resubmitted. Small corrections can become time-consuming.
