What I like most about ApprovalMax is that it gives us a clear and structured approval process for purchase orders and invoices. It reduces the need to chase approvals, provides a full audit trail, and gives us better visibility over where transactions are sitting in the approval process. At times, the system can be a little slow or laggy, particularly when processing or navigating between transactions. It would also be useful to have more options for tagging transactions to specific projects, initiatives or cost centres, as this would provide better reporting and tracking of expenditure.
