"Making Financial Approvals Faster and More Transparent"

What do you like best about ApprovalMax?

Here are the things which i like:-

1) You dont need to chase people to get the things approved. Like If i Post a claim then every approver can see the details and everyone knows when to approve it also the limit of approval. Transparency is great.

2)Strong Financial Controls

3) Automated Approval Workflows

4) Integration with Xero that is very handy

5) Improved Visibility Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApprovalMax?

1) Workflow Setup Can Be Time Consuming

2) Employees and managers may need training to understand approval workflows and system navigation

3) While ApprovalMax supports many workflow rules, highly complex approval scenarios may require workarounds.

What problems is ApprovalMax solving and how is that benefiting you?

From a finance perspective, it provides a clear audit trail, improves compliance with internal approval policies, and reduces the risk of unauthorized spending. You make a very fair point about the initial setup - getting robust financial controls in place definitely takes an intentional investment of time upfront. We’re constantly looking for ways to make onboarding as simple as possible - if you have any ideas we'd love to hear them.
