What do you like best about Appranet?

Appranet has genuinely changed how our team handles performance reviews. Before, the whole process felt like a chorechasing people down for feedback, compiling everything manually, and still ending up with vague, unhelpful summaries. With Appranet, everything lives in one place, and the feedback actually means something.

The structure it brings to the process pushes reviewers to be specific, which makes the end result useful rather than just a formality. What do you dislike about Appranet?

Onboarding took longer than I expected. There’s a learning curve, and it isn’t documented particularly well, so our team ended up figuring out a lot through trial and error. Some of the customization options also feel limited; we’ve had to work around the system a few times when our review process didn’t quite match the default templates. Notifications can get pretty noisy as well, and there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to fine-tune them in a granular way without turning them off entirely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Appranet solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were struggling with inconsistent performance reviews across departments. Managers were doing things their own way, and there was no real visibility into how evaluations were being handled. Appranet brought a consistent structure to the process, making it easier for HR to spot patterns and have more meaningful conversations with team leads. It has also saved us a significant amount of admin time what used to take weeks of back-and-forth emails now wraps up in just a few days.
