What do you like best about Appointwise?

It does exactly what it says it does and does it very well. Everything is easy to use and works as it should. I haven't yet encountered something I'd like to do with it that I haven't been able. There have been numerous times I've been stuck and have required assistance. The team have been on hand pretty much immediately and have made sure I know exactly what I need to do to figure out the solution. What problems is Appointwise solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's solving the problem of less than efficient lead follow up systems run by clients ruining campaigns. We all know what it's like to hear a client complain about lead quality, and then you see in their CRM and realise they're terrible at following up. Having an AI chatbot that not only follows up instantly 100% of the time, and is infinitely polite, sensitive, professional, but that also never misses a beat, always strikes the right tone with a well balanced response and books in sales calls in plain language is really something.
