What do you like best about Apploye?

One of the biggest advantages of using Apploye is the visibility it provides into our remote team's daily workflow without making management feel intrusive. The productivity dashboard, application usage reports, and optional screenshots give our managers useful context about how projects are progressing throughout the day. Instead of constantly asking employees for updates, we can review activity trends and focus our conversations on removing obstacles and improving performance. What do you dislike about Apploye?

Our overall experience has been positive, but I think there is still room for improvement in the reporting features. While the current productivity reports provide valuable insights, having additional customization options for dashboards and long-term performance comparisons would make the platform even more useful. We'd also appreciate more integrations with marketing and collaboration tools so managers can combine employee activity with campaign performance in one place. What problems is Apploye solving and how is that benefiting you?

Apploye helps us monitor productivity across a fully remote marketing team without relying on constant meetings or manual check-ins. The activity reports allow us to identify workflow bottlenecks, recognize employees who may need additional support, and better understand how work is progressing across different departments. The visibility has improved accountability while allowing employees to work independently, resulting in better communication, more consistent productivity, and improved operational efficiency.
