I appreciate using Applitools for catching visual bugs that would have otherwise gone unnoticed. The consistency and deterministic outcomes make it reliable for identifying visual differences. The support is great, which adds to the positive experience. It's also easy to set up and use, thanks to the libraries available for all major platforms and frameworks. Despite their best efforts, the maintenance can still be time-consuming for bigger test suites. It has significantly improved over the years, but it's still not there. For products in active development, the screens are changing every day.
