What do you like best about Applied Mobile?

I have to say I was impressed - this idea made smaller agencies able to complete and provide services like immediate claims reporting, which is what Progressive has been doing for a little while. These features give our contractors on-the-job access to items they would have to go to the office to handle. Certificates of insurance are at their fingertips, so if they forgot paper proof of coverage, they have it to pull up when needed. I am very excited to see how all these applied products grow over the next 5 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Applied Mobile?

It was quite a bit of red tape in the start to work on getting our mobile apps set up (that was mostly, I think, Apple's red tape), but that is the only thing that stuck with me as being a dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Applied Mobile solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being accessible to our clients at all times of the day. Without the technology, we would not have a way like Progressive or Farmers, etc., to give access to the insureds by just logging into the app and pulling up policy and proof of coverage as well as reporting a claim on the spot when it occurs.
