What do you like best about Applied Epic?

What do you dislike about Applied Epic?

User friendliness and ease of use. It takes multiple clicks to complete 1 task. If I go to issue a policy this takes multiple screens to complete and needs to be reduced down to be a single screen or more intuitive to make the process of renewing and issuing a policy less cumbersome. Recommendations to others considering Applied Epic:

The add-on with email, marketing, and housing all the information in one system rather than multiple databases for specific lines is phenomenal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Database for all insurance issued housed in 1 system. I like that we can see all of the policies written with a client all in one place. Tasks have been really good to add to renewals and have helped with our overall processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
