What do you like best about Applied Epic?

I think Applied Epic is incredibly user friendly; and it is not hard to understand even without training. This is incredibly helpful for busy companies who often don't have as much time to train. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Applied Epic?

I think Epic is just incredibly diverse and there are so many levels to it. There are probably so many areas that would make my life and job easier that I don't even know about. There are probably already answers to problems or difficulties I have, and I just don't know exactly how to find them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think it saves me a lot of time which in turn saves us money. the pricing is well worth the value. the integration of CSR24 makes issuing certificates incredibly easy. the onboarding process saves me time training in customer service. it rarely gives me any performance or system issues. and the AI chat I have found incredibly helpful when i have issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
