Be extremely specific in what you want in your employees, and ask for footage of interviews so when you are ready to hire, you can review their info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Applicantz solving and how is that benefiting you?

Spent less time at a company finding employees while HR was on leave than screening, reviewing, interviewing and hiring ourselves, saved us money, and comes with a background check for all potential new hires.
