The clean and intuitive interface allows me to organize various aspects of my life, including life admin tasks, leisure, and gaming, using different categories of apps from the App Store. I appreciate its ability to make me feel connected to the world. I also enjoy the quick access menu, which has a lot of features that might not be familiar unless you explore them. For instance, I use the triple tap on the back Apple logo to lock the screen orientation. That keeps my hand free. The shortcut menu with widgets can be customized, offering an almost endlessly customizable experience, making my device completely unique to me. Setting up Apple iOS is very intuitive and easy, requiring no prior experience nor any documentation reading. **What do you dislike about Apple iOS?** I think some of the widgets could be even more customizable. It seems to be very closed off and limited. On competitor devices, you can change so much of the look and feel of things like an analog clock on the lock screen. On Apple, it doesn't really seem to be an option. And one of the features they changed last year was this glass effect, which looks a little bit gimmicky to me. It's okay, but it's not really to my preference and you can't change the setting. Older handsets don't get the latest features and updates which is disappointing. **What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Apple iOS for its customization options that make finding things easy. It's intuitive and helps me organize life admin, leisure, and gaming apps, tailoring everything to my preferences. The functionality and the way Apple’s products integrate with each other works almost perfectly. The UI and overall design look really good, and in my experience it’s been better than Android or Samsung products, where things can feel messy. Apple may have fewer specs on paper compared to other brands, but the way the internals work helps the device perform better than those brands. Pricing is similar to Samsung devices and more expensive than general devices, but they last, and you get what you pay for. They’ve also started to dip into AI with Siri, AI chats, and other internal features, which are pretty neat. Their support is okay. You can talk to chatbots, and sometimes you get a real person; when you do, they can be helpful at times. **What do you dislike about Apple iOS?** The issue with Apple iOS is that their support can be iffy. You end up dealing with the chat bots I mentioned before, and they aren’t helpful; they almost always tell you to go to a dedicated store. The store staff are helpful, but you just can’t always get a clear answer over chat or on the phone. For a company this big, the support is sometimes very poor. The way you can copy something on one device then paste it on another. The way it's designed to be snappy and responsive. **What do you dislike about Apple iOS?** I don't like the way it only allows you to size some windows in one direction. sometimes I would like to widen a window to see the contents more clearly but it only llows you to make it vertically bigger. Also, it doesn't always allow you move a pop-up window. Sometimes a setting dialogue pops up and there's a field to be filled in and the information required to fill it in is present in the main window behind the pop-up dialogue, but the OS doesn't allow you move the pop-up dialogue out the way! **What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm not really clear what this question is trying to establish. The iOS solves the problem of making the iPhone do what you want it to do! ### 6. The support is top tier, the resale value is high, and the design is simple and easy to use. I also appreciate the Face ID and being able to use it with several apps, especially my bank apps. **What do you dislike about Apple iOS?** The customization is limited compared to Android. It can be hard to use Apple with non-Apple devices. The price is very expensive to purchase, upgrade, storage, apps, and repairs. The screens break easily. System data can take all of your storage, and it's hard to learn how to clear this out for someone who isn't tech savvy. Also, there could be a lock function on the Apple Wallet/Card. When setting up the business account, I am appreciative of the hoops that has to be jumped through in the onboarding process, however that really is the end of it. **What do you dislike about Apple iOS?** This is a list that can go on and on. The OS seems to be behind when compared to Android. The hardware itself is behind. The cost is WAY too expensive for technology that is at least 3 years behind. Performance wise, it's ok but nothing to really write home about. Android apps seem to just work better as a whole. Overall, I just don't like it. There are reasons we are switching back to Android. **What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ONLY thing IOS solved for us was one single application that the Android version at the time simply did not work correctly for. In terms of being able to personalize the applications needed that you have on your home page, it's not very easy to do that. And it's just kind of, you're just kind of stuck to one view the whole time. We use google drive at work and I don't like how it rally can't be integrated into my work phone. If you're not using the base Apple iOS, you can't integrate any other apps outside of it easily, it's always a hassle to transfer documents. **What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Apple iOS makes my day-to-day activities easy at work being able to use Airdrop to transfer my work documents and being able to use Microsoft Teams on my work phone for meetings at work. I love how one-time codes auto-fill from messages or emails especially when I need to log into something secure at work.
