What do you like best about Appian?

The intuitiveness of the tool helps me stay focussed on my business needs. It is easy to train people on the platform that helps us bring an idea to life in no time. Speed is important and Appian helps deliver it, with quality! And my newest love is - Process Mining! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appian?

The RPA piece can get better. What I saw at Appian World 2022 looks like a great step in that direction. The documentation is evolving, but there isn't much that I dislike about Appian. It is simply great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Appian solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are trying to streamline the education institutions with seamless processes that manage data well. We are trying to build alternatives for our overarching legacy systems, which are costly to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
