What do you like best about AppFolio?

The appfolio suite combines the financial capabilities of a well designed system with the fluid integration of a great UI that was thoughtfully made for better user experience in mind. Their reporting is top tier compared to other competitors, maintenance stack and smart integration is very easy to use, property categorization, lease renewal and all of the tenant related communications all mesh perfectly. What do you dislike about AppFolio?

The AI needs more polishing, the messaging feature needs to incorporate more attachment options and sizes. The lease creation section could use AI assistance especially with language formulation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AppFolio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Appfolio is solving the problem of clutter. We have saved so many resources and paper when using appfolio. Its centralized database style allows information to be shared amongst all the managers when updating the records.
