What do you like best about AppFolio?

The most helpful thing about Appfolio is the user-friendly aspect for both property managers and residents. This program has made my job so much easier because it has everything in one place! Applications, leases, work orders, rent payments, renter's insurance. Plus there is a report for everything and it makes checking your work a lot easier!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppFolio?

This is a blessing and a curse - but Appfolio is very date sensitive. It makes it hard sometimes to redo a lease if I make a mistake. I wish that we could add someone to the lease without having to retype the whole thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AppFolio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Appfolio is solving all sorts of problems for our property. We have been able to do away with a lot of reports that we were doing because everything is right here in Appfolio at the click of a button. It makes it easier to see our properties as a whole and also our properties seperately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
