The most helpful thing about Appfolio is the user-friendly aspect for both property managers and residents. This program has made my job so much easier because it has everything in one place! Applications, leases, work orders, rent payments, renter's insurance. Plus there is a report for everything and it makes checking your work a lot easier!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a blessing and a curse - but Appfolio is very date sensitive. It makes it hard sometimes to redo a lease if I make a mistake. I wish that we could add someone to the lease without having to retype the whole thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
