I have been using it since 2016. I have had to train accounting staff and property managers on Appfolio and was able to do it with ease. Their HELP chat feature is a great plus. If you run into any complications you get help support relatively quickly. When we switched over to Appfolio it was an easy integration process. We were able to get up and running within a day or two. It has been a great daily tool for our property managers! They are able to do inspection and upload their pictures and inspections immediately. They are able to create work orders and send information to the Vendors right away if they see any issues. None of us like making mistakes but pretty much anything you can do, you can also undo, which makes correcting errors a breeze. What's great too is that if there's something you need to figure out, customer support is very quick and helpful on walking you through training. Owner distributions over a certain amount take 3-5 business days. Processing time for transfer of funds is limited.
