Even broad searches return relevant results quickly, which makes navigation simple for new and experienced users alike. Implementation was smooth and well supported by the AppFolio team, which made adoption easy across our organization. We have been using this system daily for over 10,000 units. **What do you dislike about AppFolio?** There are some limitations with reporting flexibility, and a few of the integrations feel clunky. In particular, ILS and lead management functions don’t flow as seamlessly as they could, which can make those processes feel awkward and cumbersome. **What problems is AppFolio solving and how is that benefiting you?** AppFolio Property Manager is helping us centralize and streamline day-to-day operations across our entire portfolio. Tasks such as leasing, rent collection, maintenance requests, and resident communication are all managed in one system, which saves our team significant time, and communication streams are easy to follow. The app/mobile functionality is invaluable for on-site staff, allowing them to access information and complete tasks while on the property or handling off-site issues. The biggest benefit is efficiency—we’re able to process applications faster, keep financials flowing timely, and provide a better experience for residents. Having everything in one place also makes it easier to train new team members and keep them focused on the most important tasks. ### 18. It's ease of use, customer support and the features available make my job so much easier. Everything you need is found in one place, and can usually be done with the touch of a button. I also like how they are continually integrating new features, AI, etc. to stay up to date with technology as it develops. Add to that the fact it's quite easy to learn, and you have software that's basically plug and play. 100% recommend **What do you dislike about AppFolio?** My only complaint is that some features, updates etc are implemented without the option of staying with the old format, the messaging interface for example. **What problems is AppFolio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't do alot on the accounting side of things but from what I hear, AppFolio is extremely helpful in that respect.
