What I like about Appfolio Property Manager is that it is a one stop shop for everything you need to manage a property. From preparing initial leases to lease renewals, invoicing, screening applicants, approving or denying applicants, listing properties for rent, communicating with owners or tenants. It does all that and more. So easy to use and extremely convenient. I highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
