Everything is so simple to use and there is help and training included that has almost everything you would need help with. It is beginner friendly and mobile friendly using the app. I use this app on a daily basis at a property with over 100 units and this app makes my job so much more efficient and is not time consuming. I hope to never go back to using other softwares. **What do you dislike about AppFolio?** When speaking to reps, for additional help that may not be found on trainings, reps do not always understand the help needed. One of the features I use the most is bulk emailing it saves me so much time and keeps communication consistent with tenants and landlords. The application screening process is a game changer. It speeds up the entire tenant onboarding process, helping me make faster and more informed decisions.
