It’s an easy-to-use platform with an intuitive UI. I’m able to build and design forms myself, and whenever I need support, the team is only an email or a Zoom call away from helping to resolve the issues at hand. We’re a £13 million turnover fencing company, and this platform has single-handedly revolutionised our business. For the monthly fee, and considering how well the system has integrated with our existing systems, the Appenate team—especially Charlie—have been key to our expansion.
