What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?

There was a bit of a learning curve for us with the form development and outputs - but this would be less complex if you are skilled using excel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?
