What do you like best about Appdome?

Total control over all the features, with a clear separation between each one. Support is very quick. There’s no FE integration needed; everything can be controlled through the portal. It also doesn’t add a performance toll on the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appdome?

Some features require revalidation, and the related issues need to be resolved through support, which takes a significant amount of time to raise tickets and get them resolved. It would help if these features were discussed upfront. Also, if the platform had an automated test suite that could run a sample internal VAPT on the enabled features, that would be useful and would avoid having to go through multiple tickets and extended discussions. What problems is Appdome solving and how is that benefiting you?

The VAPT-focused testing features, like SSL pinning, are resolving a lot of issues—especially the earlier problem of exposing cert files in the build, which was a major drawback. This has been resolved recently. We can now add multiple endpoints to enable pinning through the Appdome portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
