What do you like best about Appcues?

Is so easy to use, after the initial set up there is no dev resources needed to create additional flows and surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appcues?

sometimes I can't get my targeting quite right and that can be a challenge to figure out and I can't trigger off of specific actions being taken (at least not with my current plan.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Appcues:

1) Reach out to sales for their demo! It makes such a difference.

2) When setting up your connectors ask your development team to connect as many endpoints as possible, it makes it so much easier to target the users you want to talk to.

3) If connecting to Hubspot, add in backup flows in case your data doesn't go in properly (we ran into some issues with sharing NPS data between the integrations) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Appcues solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Appcues for all of our client onboarding and training. We also use it to track our NPS. Appcues has been an asset for sourcing feedback from our user base. We also occasionally use the software to promote marketing materials and promo codes to our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
