What do you like best about Appcues?

Appcues allows us to quickly create user guides on our website without involving the dev team. It’s also useful for collecting feedback on newly launched features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appcues?

At the moment, the only constraint is that we don’t send Appcues data back to our CRM, but we’re working on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Appcues solving and how is that benefiting you?

It would be great to be able to integrate a quick, easy-to-understand user guide directly into our UI. The tool now supports multiple languages, which is a really nice enhancement for global brands managing multiple sites and languages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
