What do you like best about Apollo.io?

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Apollo is trying to do waaaaay too much and they're ending up with a junkyard of half-finished products. Features are constantly breaking. If Apollo stuck to it's core, it would be much better off - e.g. I can use Hubspot to manage my deals for free - i dont' need it in Apollo. I'm stuck right now because my sequences are DOA becuase the LinkedIn extension has stopped working properly. And every week I get an error that LinkedIn has supposedly put me on a beta page design so Apollo is incompatible... When it works it's great, but when it doesn't it's a massive PITA because I've built all my outbound activity around it...

Support used to be pretty good, but now you have to go through a chat and wait an hour for someone to respond itead of submitting a ticket via a form right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I recently spent some time working with Apollo.io for a project, and I’ve genuinely been impressed with how much the platform has evolved. The interface feels smoother and even more intuitive than before, making it easy to navigate and get things done quickly.

One thing I particularly liked this time is the improved data accuracy and the new enrichment features—they save a lot of manual effort and help sharpen targeting. The workflow automation tools have also become more refined, allowing sequences and outreach to run much more seamlessly.

I also want to highlight their customer support team. Every time I reached out, they were quick, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience even better.

Additionally, enhancing the data refresh frequency, improving filter precision, and offering more context-rich insights (rather than just raw data) would significantly elevate the overall user experience.

I use Apollo.io to find brand emails to pitch for collaborations. It provides the right email addresses of the right people who handle collaborations and influencer relations. I like its big database and the numerous contacts of different positions it offers. This helps me find the right contact for pitching and requesting collaborations or partnerships with brands. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

he price is just right. The data seems pretty accurate. I like the seamless integration with Hubspot, The ability to seamlessly contact with HubSpot and Google Workspace is nice. What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Some B2C companies are not in Apollo. Especially if they are small businesses, it would be great it they could pull data from the state's business registry aleast to get the owner's name and address.
