What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Apollo.io stands out with its modern, intuitive UI/UX that makes contact discovery and sequence building seamless. What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

While Apollo.io offers strong functionality, some contact data—particularly direct phone numbers and region-specific company details—can occasionally be outdated or lead to email bounces. The user interface can also feel a bit cluttered given the sheer number of features, which creates a learning curve for beginners. Apollo.io addresses the fragmentation and manual inefficiency in our sales pipeline by bringing lead prospecting, contact verification, and cold email outreach together in one platform. Before Apollo, we spent far too many hours hunting for leads, verifying emails with separate third-party tools, and then moving that data into our outreach software.
