There are currently multiple APMs in the market today and the leading of them is the Dynatrace. I personally used Dynatrace and it helps you identify anomalies within our critical applications and workloads, hence ensuring complete uptime of the system. The dislikes are the below - Paid APM tools come with additional cost and there are sometimes many integrations that are not supported by the APM vendors.
