An agile working structure and consistently providing supportive, high-quality service. They are extremely knowledgeable about Salesforce and they help us improve in this regard. We receive admin services and project management services. Every team member is well-versed in customer communication and product management. We have always been satisfied with their professionalism. In new development projects, they want to take guaranteed steps to ensure smooth progress when the agenda is tight. In the fast-moving consumer goods industry, everything moves very quickly, which can disrupt this agenda. At the beginning of our work, we struggled with this working style. We receive support for customer-related issues that may arise with the product, problems related to integration, and potential system issues (such as internet connection, OTP systems, etc.). Additionally, we also receive support in opening and tracking campaigns, informing the call center, and handling customer communication when there are no issues.
