What do you like best about Apache Solr?

1.For my case, I am using solr for getting search collection whether it's available or not.

2.We have different collection where we can store the particular data. But this data should be available in search collection. For this we are using Apache solr to check whether the given search collection returns a valid response or not. So if the search collection and return a data response, it will be available in front end.

3.Also solr helps to search the particular collection details innthe response

4.We can write query to get the particular data's details Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apache Solr?

Sometimes solr url won't be loaded. It might be for the maintenance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Apache Solr solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solr helped me to get the search collection response for the provided collection id, where it stored the all the data. This helps me to check whether data available in solr or not. Because if the data is not available in solr, then abviously it won't be available in front end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
