What do you like best about AP Express?

As a heavy JDE user, JDE Integration and having staff that are well versed in JDE was a huge benefit. AP Express is always willing to listen to enhancement ideas and looks to improve the product with organizing those with the greatest impact to all the customers. What do you dislike about AP Express?

Sometimes enhancements can take longer than hoped to implement. However, I recognize this as a company they need to prioritize those that have a larger impact on customer base and those that must be completed in order for a customer to be able to do business. To me, that's putting their customers first. AP Express does help keep us in the loop on expectations/approvals of these requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AP Express solving and how is that benefiting you?

AP Express has helped eliminate the need for paper and now have a complete documented audit trail on approvals. This has allowed our team to be able to work more efficiently when not in the office and help keep staff head counts the same as our business grows, not requiring us to hire more.
