What do you like best about AODocs?

This tool imposes the required order on the haphazardness of cloud storage. It alters a regular Google Drive setting into a document management system that is compliant, but this is without enforcing a new interface to users. It serves as an invisible compliance layer. The differentiating factor here is the metadata engine. We can impose tagging and retention rules on files that are native on Drive, which wouldn't be done with the default tools of Google. It enables us to process documents as data points and not files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AODocs?

There is a slowdown in performance when you are navigating through folders containing thousands of files. The interface wrapping can occasionally have trouble displaying large lists of files as fast as the native Drive UI, and thus can experience a bit of friction on hectic audit days. What problems is AODocs solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have migrated our technical specifications (legacy) using it. We established a workflow such that a document cannot be published until the metadata has been verified and a peer review is done.
