When I mark a task as completed from the widget and then open the app, I find that the task is not marked as completed yet. It is beautiful and of course easy and intuitive to use! It makes organizing my week easy and syncs with all my calendars (work and personal) to give me a one-stop shop for productivity that is perfect. I've tried multiple similar apps that all had one or 2 things wrong with them but Any.do nails just about everything I want from it without asking me to pay for features I won't use. As someone who is debilitated on a daily basis by their attention deficit disorder, this app has truly changed my life by making organizing FUN. **What do you dislike about Any.do?** There are 2 things that I would love to see improved. 1. There is no Apple calendar integration on the Mac app just yet. It is available on the Iphone but I would love to see it when using Any.do on my Macbook. 2. NOTE: the Calendar feature is still in Beta but I do want to make this time-saving suggestion. On the calendar view, there is no way to change the allotted time for tasks. They currently show on the calendar as 30-minute slots but are not able to be adjusted to take more or less time up on the calendar. I have resorted to putting in an event with the task so that I can still hit complete on the task but have a more accurate representation on my calendar **What problems is Any.do solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to organize my life in an app that I genuinely enjoy using. ### 6. No mandatory and unwanted fields are there. It reminds me of important meetings, daily task from my to do list and helps me meeting timelines also increases my productivity. Most importantly I like it's grocery list and certainly I use it the most. **What do you dislike about Any.do?** All the features are good and there is noting I dislike about using Any.Do while organizing my dat to day tasks but I have a one suggestion to work on. It should work on the voice assistant like Google assistant. However, it is a pity that Recurring Reminders are available only with a Premium account. In order to add recurring tasks to the basic account, I had to copy-paste them. **What problems is Any.do solving and how is that benefiting you?** Any.do is a great assistant that helps to stay organized. I loved the differentiation of tasks to custom lists, tags, and colors. It helps to keep an eye on the progress. So, if you have 10 things you need to do today (which are appearing in "today" because they have a "due date" = [Today]), and you suddenly have a brainstorm about 20 things you really want to do related to your finances (and you enter them in the finances project you created)...then BOOM your "today" list just went from 10 items you intended to do target today to 30... b/c any.do put all 20 of those new financial tasks into the "TODAY" view. If you want to prevent that, you need to manually enter a different due date on each such financial task, or set each financial task to "someday"... It's an endless maddening clickfest. The app basically will not let you brainstorm entry tasks w/o thereby also completely adulterating your TODAY to-do list. This design flaw has been commented on 100s of times for over two years on uservoice.com... and Any.do doesn't seem to have any intention of adjusting their design. The OTHER issue that's incredibly frustrating is their "set recurring task" is cludgy: you must create the event first, then set it to recurring, and btw, if you had previously set a due date of the task, it's is a click-fest to rearrange the settings on the task to get the task set-up for recurring. Very frustrating that everything else is so good on this app; why can't they just fix these two basic things? But they won't, it seems. It's so disappointing. **What problems is Any.do solving and how is that benefiting you?** Manage my work tasks, daily personal tasks (pick up XYZ from store), and myriad "life" tasks (home improvement, finances, health, etc.). any.do was great for entering tasks and organizing them, but a mess for actually scheduling them and managing them toward completion. ### 15. I've not used it in a team fashion but as both a personal and professional tool, it gives me the structure I was missing while working in an office. This is a remote worker lifesaver in terms of staying on track. **What do you dislike about Any.do?** The only thing I wish I could do is to change the slack integration to not require me to invite a bot to a slack channel. I need a system in place to make sure I'm holding myself accountable to tasks and projects and the great thing about Any.do living outside of the various CRMs, professional social channels, Slack, email, ETC is that I can let the overarching idea live in Any.do and add subtasks, random thoughts, links, and other resources in one single place. I have found that my ability to segment projects and increase. And during times where a project is on hold because I'm waiting for another person's action, I can keep them accountable to the work as well, VS letting it fall off my radar.
