What do you like best about Anuta ATOM?

One-stop solution for all network-infrastructure tasks. It immediately correlates any issue in the network infrastructure and takes swift action. Secondly, It can able to serve even during low-latency network connections. Last but not least is what we can easily integrate into ticketing tools like JIRA, SNOW, etc., Very helpful in the production support environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anuta ATOM?

I don't see any dislike and one point I want to quote here is to be a little expensive but worth investing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Anuta ATOM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier we have to manually raise tickets if any networking issue arises. After the Anuta ATOM implementation, We can easily integrate this into any of SNOW and that automatically raises the ticket based on the issue.
