What do you like best about Ansys Sherlock?

Ease of use. Ability to quickly import ECAD files. Only software I know that does Solder Joint Reliability Predictions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ansys Sherlock?

Would like additional functionality - i.e. improved mesh, orthotropic material input for components. However, believe it is on ANSYS near-term roadmap to incorporate & improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
