Users can just drop an emoji or a comment, and I know exactly how they feel about the updates. 🚀 I also like all the customization options. I can tweak the look of the widgets and newsfeeds to match my brand's vibe. The integrations are pretty slick too – it plays nice with Slack, Teams, Intercom, and even Twitter. **What do you dislike about AnnounceKit?** I often forget all the other functionality the tool has. While I use it extensively for our changelog - there are also public roadmaps, public feature requests, NPS, etc. **What problems is AnnounceKit solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's all about bridging that communication gap. Before, getting the word out about product updates or news was a real headache. With AnnounceKit, it's all in one place, making life a whole lot easier. The customer support is second to none! It's the best customer support I've experienced. They are always quick to repond, helpful and kind. The UI is intuitive and they've just done a very nice overhaul of it. I'm very excited to see what AI features they will add in the future. **What do you dislike about AnnounceKit?** Absolutly nothing. Its Monthly Digest email feature is also a tremendous time saver. It automatically emails our users once a month, summarising what new features/improvements we shipped that month. **What do you dislike about AnnounceKit?** It would be great to have the ability to add the user's first name as a variable in the Monthly Digest email. I have raised this with the AnnounceKit team, and they plan to add this feature soon! :) **What problems is AnnounceKit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping our users up-to-date with the latest product improvements. It's helping us build a strong connection with our users and improve our brand. ### 7. I also like their analytics dashboard giving us a way to what our customers read and like. **What do you dislike about AnnounceKit?** There is nothing I really dislike in AnnounceKit, the product is good and new features are often released :-) **What problems is AnnounceKit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before AnnounceKit we here using our homemade annoucement system. It was time-consuming to maintain this system, hard to have a good UI/UX for our users and we had very few features compared to AnnounceKit. Now that we are using AnnounceKit, the product team can add new announcements without needing the help of the dev team. Dev team is now completely free of our old homemade system and can focus on our business features. ### 8. Their support team is engaged, effective, and actively listening for important enhancements or issues from their customers. **What do you dislike about AnnounceKit?** The only challenge we're currently experiencing with AnnounceKit is getting customers to subscribe. This would be helpful for transitioning new accounts from a previous distribution system to AK, or encouraging more subscriptions from users who aren't paying attention to the subscribe button in the UI. **What problems is AnnounceKit solving and how is that benefiting you?** AnnounceKit, as we have it implemented today, encourages greater feature and release awareness and adoption from our customers. We also plan to implement the in-app components which reduces friction and greatly increases our reach to all administrative users of our platform. ### 9. The product UI is easy to comprehend and easy to customize. The support team is responsive and provides prompt responses to help you succeed. **What do you dislike about AnnounceKit?** If something is not clearly explained in the documentation, you typically have to confirm your understanding/its meaning with support. These incidents occur sparingly and support is always responsive to enable you to proceed. **Recommendations to others considering AnnounceKit:** Reach out to support and declare your interest in doing a POC with the tool, they will help you get setup as you figure out if the tool is right for you. Let the announcekit team handle the infrastructure , just worry about the content and the material you need to update for your users. **What problems is AnnounceKit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using announcekit to offload a changelog infrastructure to a service. We have realized the benefits of not having to support or maintain the infrastructure while still having the ability to distribute and communicate effectively around our updates and our product changes. ### 10.
