What I like best about Angel CX is how quickly it brought our website to life. In just a few minutes, we had a conversational AI agent that could actually talk to our visitors, not just type back generic chatbot responses. The voice feature feels surprisingly human, and it instantly makes the interaction more personal. I also love that I didn’t need a technical team to set it up — it was literally a plug-and-play experience. The analytics dashboard is another big plus, because it helps us see what people are asking and where we can improve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main challenge with Angel CX is that, like any AI, it really depends on the quality of the data you feed it. If your FAQs or manuals aren’t well-structured, some answers can feel a bit off. Also, while the voice is very natural most of the time, there are moments when it still feels a little robotic. I’d also like to see more customization options for branding the voice experience to match our company’s tone. None of these are deal-breakers, but they’re areas where I think the platform could improve as it grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
