What problems is Anantya.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Anantya solves a lot of problems for me but the two best solutions Anantya gave me are <br>1. Bot Setup- which helps me solve customer queries seamlessly and is available 24/7 <br>2. SMS Fallback - this feature helps me push any of the unsent campaigns automatically through SMS, so I don't have to worry about my clients missing out on anything.
