What do you like best about Anam?

I love how intuitive it is. I don't feel the need to go read the documents in order to understand how to use it. I love how many personas there are to choose from and the one I custom build was incredibly well done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anam?

I'm not able to add the background that I want for the Avatar so I'm limited in how I can present it to the customer. The backgrounds aren't that great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Anam solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Anam we are able to show the clients that a role-playing conversation with an Avatar is just as useful as having one with a trainer. Anam saves us travel time and costs as well as for our clients since they can use the Avatar to train their employees instead of sending them off on location, taking time away from the floor. On backgrounds: you actually have more control here than the current setup may show. From the avatar view, click the three dots and select Create Variant - that lets you customize the background rather than being limited to the presets. If that doesn't get you to the look you need for client-facing presentations, we'd like to hear more about what you're going for so we can help directly.
