What do you like best about Anam?

It was very easy to integrate an avatar into our application. There’s a large selection of faces to choose from, and we can also generate an avatar from our own uploads. The newer Cara-4 model is noticeably better at animation and at conveying emotion. Latency and smoothness of the video have been very consistent. Support has been responsive, and we feel the price is reasonable for what we’re getting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anam?

It’s not clear what the pricing and concurrency limits are once you go above 5,000 minutes per month; it looks like that falls under custom enterprise contracts. Also, the per-minute overage rate generally seems to work out much cheaper than the minutes included in the package price. The "Personas" interface in on the UI does not directly match how the avatars are configured through the API/SDK. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Anam solving and how is that benefiting you?

Delivering human-like, real-time video to match AI-generated audio feeds. Anam particularly supports streaming to a LiveKit room so that multiple participants can view the same video feed without us having to spend more on video generation; this is something Anam's competitors could not provide us.
